How to use TabTrader with TimeX

TabTrader allows you to manage multiple exchange accounts and trade using powerful tools from the same interface. Adding TimeX to your TabTrader account is fast and easy.

TabTrader is a popular trading terminal app, available for Android and iOS. TabTrader allows you to access many different exchanges from the same app, linking to each account using your API keys for the exchange.

TabTrader supports TimeX. To connect TabTrader with your TimeX account, you will first need to generate a new API key for TimeX.

To do this, click the hamburger menu in the top right of the screen and select ‘Trading setup’. Then click ‘Create new API key’.

TimeX will generate a new API key for you. You can select what functionality to give this key, including executing orders and withdrawing funds. (Like your private key, you should never share your API key.) Clicking the QR code icon next to each key will display a QR code that you can use to link your TimeX account to TabTrader.

Open TabTrader, go to the Account tab and select TimeX from the dropdown list of exchanges.

Then paste your API key into the box or scan your QR code for TimeX, and click ‘Save’.

You have now integrated TimeX with TabTrader and will be able to trade from your TimeX account from the TabTrader app. (Note: Trading currently only is available for Android but using TabTrader on iOS, you can still track all markets with ease and even keep track of your balances via API keys.)
